School Christmas Parties

We have had a fun filled week with Christmas parties and programs. Will's school had a really cute program, "Christmas Around the World." Here are some pictures of the Kindergartener's singing their part...

I think these are donkey ears (according to Will...the song was in Spanish so I'm not 100% sure)... : )
Sam's class sang us a few songs and they had a nice party. Here is Sam looking for Daddy while singing his songs...
Mr. Jingle Bells...
Sam is in heaven. He couldn't wait to dig into his gingerbread creation!

Decorating the Tree

The boys loved decorating the tree this year! Although, this photo doesn't prove it...they weren't too happy to pose after a long night of decorating and a belly full of egg nog. : )
The boys loved looking for pickle ornament. I think we hid it 6 or 7 times and they kept wanting to find it. They were too cute. Here are some pics of the boys searching really hard...

Fall Fun!

The boys had a great time helping Daddy raking all the leaves in the yard today... check out these happy faces. : )

Where is Uncle B? We really, really need Uncle B to help bag all these leaves. He's the fastest leaf bagger in the world. : )
Where are my boys?

Fun at the Zoo!

Will had a short day of school on Friday so we took off to the zoo for the afternoon. Although we have no pictures of animals...I promise we checked them all out. : ) They had tons of fun on the zoo playground!

Here is Rock Climber Will... the wall was really tall. He made it all the way to the top to ring the bell. He was so proud!
Carousel fun...

How tall is this bamboo? If I shake it will it fall over?

Sam's Thanksgiving Program

We went to Sam's school for a Thanksgiving program and lunch. Here is Sam the turkey (notice his "wings"). You can tell he wasn't much in the mood to be a turkey that day. : )
Saying the blessing...what a little angel!

Paintball Target

We had a fun afternoon playing with little paintballs. We threw them at a target and they broke making a big splat of paint The boys loved it. Will was the official scorekeeper.

Zoo Day with Will

Will had a holiday from school today so we spent the morning at the zoo. Sam was a big boy and went to school (he actually did a great job going knowing that Will was at home that day). Will was so excited to have alone time with Mommy! It was a great morning at the zoo - we pretty much had the whole place to ourselves. Here is my big boy with the flamingos...

Trick-or-Treat

Trick-or-Treat!

Rich and I agree that watching these boys trick-or-treat was one of the best nights we have ever had with them. They were soooo excited and just so cute and sweet. I think they just couldn't believe that they could just keep going and going and getting more and more candy! They were precious!

Here is Pablo (from the Backyardigans) and the Ninja (Snake Eyes from GI Joe).
Trick-or-Treat... they insisted that they go up to the houses alone. So we stood at the curb and listened to them. At most houses, it consisted of a complete conversation such as "Did you use a drill on your pumpkin?," "I like your pumpkin." "Feel how heavy my bag is.", "Happy Halloween, Thank You, Have a Good Night!", "Does this have peanuts in it?" Some conversations went on for minutes with the homeowner in stitches. One house had a super scary skelaton at the entrance and they stood there and stared at it for a few minutes before they decided it was worth going by it to get some candy. Here are the boys looking back at us just as happy as can be...
We went trick-or-treating for a good hour and a half. They were completely worn out by the end of the night. We were only 50 yards from the house and Sam kept saying "I can't carry it (referring to his candy bag)" and "Where is our house (when it was in plain sight)?"
Here are the boys with their loot...
Time for bed...they wanted to sleep in their costumes. Will ended up changing his mind, but Sam slept as Pablo all night. : ) Good chance that he'll be Pablo a lot in the coming days! He loved his costume.
