June 2015 - Smyrna Blue are the Little League STATE CHAMPS!

WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!!  Will's Smyrna Blue 9 year old team are the Little League STATE CHAMPS.   We spent the weekend in Warner Robins, GA playing baseball.  The hotel, bus, their fans, their teammates, and the hotel pool are close seconds to winning it all!  They had a ball...

The Smyrna teams rolled into Warner Robins with a bus...

Before the boys left Smyrna they collected dirt from their home field and they threw the dirt on the fields where they played in Warner Robins.  They brought their home field with them....

Getting fired up.... After the pool play games at the regular Warner Robins Little League fields, the final championship game was at the Southeast Regional Headquarters field.  It's a replica of Williamsport and was such a treat to get to play in.

One of Smyrna Blue's biggest fans...

After the boys secured their spot in the championship game...they went to the fields where they 

would play the next day for the State Championship to check it out.
