Florida with the Boys - Legos and Waterparks, oh my!

I decided the take the boys to Florida (our annual trip with my girlfriend's got canceled).  We were looking for something fun to do so we headed south.  Uma and Pops were going to keep Katie anyway - so Uma came along with us and agreed to be Katie's sidekick.  We rented a condo and had a ball.  One day at LEGOLAND and one day at Typhoon Lagoon Disney's waterpark.

Uma and Katie went with us to LEGOLAND.  They spent most of the day riding the carousel.  Katie loved it.  She still often says, "horse, up and down, ride with Uma."  When we went to the waterpark, Uma and Katie hung out at the condo at the pool.

It was a great trip!

 Lego Darth!
Sam was in heaven!  LEGOLAND was made for little boys like him.   He was in awe and just had to inspect how every little thing was made.

These faces are priceless...

Sam on the first ride of the day.  This is one happy, happy kid!
Katie on the carousel.  This is where she and Uma hung out most of the day.  : )

My sword-wielding kids...

LEGOLAND is where the old Cypress Gardens were.  Uma talked to us about the girls in big dresses that she remembered as a kid... well, here is the Lego Lady in the big dress.

Here is the one photo of us at Typhoon Lagoon!  Cruising around the lazy river...we had a ball!
